• Negotiating and preparing contracts & MOU for clients.
• Doing the cold calls and offering the exclusive properties of the company to clients.
• Participating in Property Shows that take place within the UAE
• Following up on client inquiries and preparing the weekly reports to management
Meeting the buyers or tenants and gathering their requirements, such as, type of property interested in, budget and location
• Arranging meetings with the buyers or tenants and participating in negotiating and closing the deals.
• Following the latest trends and news in the real estate market and looking for the potential clients in the industry.
• Discussing about legal aspects related to the leasing contracts and helping in preparing proper legal documents to prevent any kind of
legal issues in the signed contracts.
• Closing deals and helps them in filling MOU forms and transfer form sand documents.
• Attending “Property nature” events (such as exhibitions, property launching, presentations.
Coordinating and organizing appointments for patients across the 13 Doctors in house
• Using in-house applications when preparing reports, letters, case histories and medical records.
• Transmitting correspondence and medical records by e-mail and fax.
• Completing and record medical charts, reports, and correspondence, using a computer system.
• Systematic filling of records/reports as well as general tasks, such as, faxing, emailing and utilizing voice messaging system.
• Understanding company profile and service offerings in order to answer patient queries effectively
Presenting upcoming property projects in Dubai to interested customers.
• Persuading the potential buyers to invest in the property business.
