A. Biometric currently Matrix COSEC telecom Security, and previously NITGEN eNBio Access T9 face attendance terminal all related issue with workflow, manager monitors his employee's attendance and approves their request for coming late /leave early and employees view their attendances.
B. SharePoint / Designer and Office InfoPath 2010 then we moved to Microsoft Power Apps on the cloud from scratch up to UAT and go-live.
C. Controlling real-time antivirus management console in Trend Micro
OfficeScan (OSCE) then ApeX web-based central management.
D. Implementing a Ticketing system in SAP
E. Implementing Change of Request procedure in SAP
F. Managing users, computers, and other devices on a network through Active Directory(AD), Windows PowerShell, DHCP and group policy using RSAT tools
G. Managing the distribution of updates and patches through
WSUS (Windows Server Update Services) on a management console all products required, then start with manage Engine Central Desktop
H. Created many Programs with Access and VBScript for the company e.g. Inventory for IT dept., Preventive maintenance program (PM) for maintenance, Relocated emails, backup, and shortcuts, etc. See Projects on the 3rd page.
I. Responsible for backup schedule for the company servers through Veritas Backup Exec and changing backup tapes weekly in sequence
J. Control share folders permission in many servers
K. Responsible for all COOP trainees working with IT dept. and their evaluation.
L. Translating the company announcement & Safety Bulletin
M. Representative IT department in the weekly division report speaking about all related issues.
N. Supervision Security dept. software.
O. Volunteer in EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) Committee.
P. A private teacher after office hours teaching all levels starting from elementary school up to college students and many employees.
