Monitoring the sales performance of the e-commerce platform

• Launch and manage multiple online stores, including three Noon stores, handling full product catalog setup, content creation,
and listing optimization using NIS sheets.
• Oversee Fulfilled by Noon (FBN) operations, coordinating product transfers and ensuring efficient order fulfillment.
• Monitor sales performance and KPIs, executing promotional and advertising campaigns to improve conversion rates and
revenue results.
• Drive achievement of annual revenue targets while coordinating with planning and warehousing teams to control operating
costs and inventory flow.
• Develop and manage a direct-to-consumer online store on the Salla platform and support online sales for pharmacy partners
including Nahdi and Al-Dawaa.
• Register products through the SABER platform and coordinate with SASO-approved conformity assessment bodies, while
managing customer inquiries to support satisfaction and retention.

• Managed the online store on the Noon marketplace, including product uploads, content management, and listing optimization.
