• As Operations Director, I'm responsible for the following:
• To organize the entire company management, either for the projects or within the company, to increase company revenues, manage all administrative and logistical requirements, quality management, and contractual documents to comply with the client's needs.
• directed contractual documentation and all associated procedures to claim the financial value of variation orders by collecting and coordinating all economic and technical aspects across the project and the company and related contracts,
• Led bidding processes either to win new projects or for subcontractors in parallel with the commercial processes.

• Command all company projects, including developing marketing plans, dealing with new bidding, and strengthening client relations to maintain corporate standing among significant clients of the highest levels. Utilize project management methodologies, tools, and techniques to control time and cost requirements, scope, and change requests; reduce risks; and enhance the process for allocating resources and delivering the most cost-effective and highest quality engineering consultancy services.
• Monitor projects throughout the lifecycle to ensure adherence to strategy and budget forecasts and resolve disruptive internal or external issues to satisfy the client.
• Managed four Mega simultaneous projects for the Ministry of Interior, Security Planning, and Development Agency by developing construction strategy and leadership of the project team and main contractors. Eliminated rework of documents and drawings by encouraging reviews by a technical team. Executed site visits, updated forecasts, resolved variances, and presented project reports to clients and key stakeholders.
• Orchestrated completion of (600 M+ SAR Passports Project), (600 M+ SAR Prisons Project, 580 M+ SAR Special Security Force Project), and (230 M+ SAR Dormitories Project) for Special Security Force, MOI.
• We have established project management methodologies to achieve project objectives, comply with performance standards, and adhere to health, safety, and environmental (HS&E) and local authority requirements.
Led multiple construction project teams and collaborated with clients and key stakeholders to ensure the delivery of projects in compliance with client and contractual requirements. Controlled project scopes, budgets, schedules, and quality standards by designing timeframes, resource allocations, and costly regulations. Secured required permits, acquired materials, resolved disputes, and compiled project status reports.
• Directed on-schedule and within-budget completion of two 5-star hotel construction projects.
• She managed a housing construction project for the Ministry of Higher Education Teaching Authority members.
• She simultaneously implemented 26+ project subprograms for Tatweer Building Company, Riyadh.
She orchestrated strategies to control costs, optimize resource allocations, and ensure quality for multiple simultaneous construction projects. She specified project objectives, policies, and performance standards, defined schedules and milestones, and rendered management and engineering recommendations to align project results with client expectations. As a strategic change agent, she addressed legal, contractual, and operational issues and queries and negotiated contract revisions. Conducted site reviews and oversaw subcontractor work performances. Tracked project status and presented update reports to clients and key stakeholders.
• She directed a dynamic team of Project Managers to complete seven imperative hotel construction projects, including basements, mezzanines, and multiple floors of rooms and suites for entry into service in two consecutive Hajj seasons.
• Drove maximum financial flow by administrating financials, vendor and subcontractor payments, and multi-million Riyal budgets while holding P&L responsibilities for each project.
Guided multi-national engineering, procurement, and construction teams in developing and executing complex, multifaceted projects throughout Riyadh Province. Led cross-functional collaborations to establish each projects objectives, scopes, policies, and performance standards. Offered engineering recommendations to manage risks, partnered in deploying HSE policies and procedures, and ensured compliance with client and government regulations.
• She led more than 59 simultaneous projects, with a combined value of 2.25B SAR, to completion on schedule and within budget.
• Controlled changes to project scopes, designs, and schedules through negotiations with the main contractor and client representatives.
• Established and maintained synergistic relations with clients and key stakeholders and implemented a strategy to deliver accurate and timely communications from concept through delivery of projects.
