Total quality manager (5 Factories(Chocolate, cake, potato chips, snacks, pellets))
• Leading quality assurance team of the factories (Snacks, Potato chips, Chocolate & Pellets).
• Managing both Chemical and Microbiology labs, following up and developing them.
• Providing technical support for personnel in all management sections.
• Analyzing labs results and communicating with concerned departments to take proper corrective and preventive actions.
• Managing receiving of raw materials (Food & nonfood items) and setting specs, procedures for acceptance & rejection for them.
• Auditing and evaluating suppliers.
• Internal auditing for all organization departments.
• Responsible for pest control.
• Employing new personnel, staffing quality team and evaluating them.
• Receiving, solving customer complaints and confirming taken corrective actions with concerned departments.
• Setting and implementing internal audits.
• Leading food safety team.
• Certification and renewal of ISO certificates (22000, 9001, 14001, 18001).
• Training of personnel about GHPs, GMPs & GSPs.
• HACCP team leader.
• Responsible for all quality activities (laboratories (Chemical, microbiological), online check) managing both Chemical and Microbiology labs, following up and developing them.
• Setting criteria for accepting and rejecting all received raw materials.
• Participating in designing the process and product specification.
• Replying on customer complains, setting corrective & preventive actions for them.
• Following up safety precautions within the factory.
• Performing data analysis needed for improvement.
• Setting KPIs for evaluating process performance.
• Setting CCPs and issues related to food safety.
• Leading HACCP team.
