A- Airline tickets Bsp (Egypt Air, British Airways, Lufthansa, Qatar Airways, Emirates, Turkish, ETC)
B- Low Cost Tickets (Air Arabia, Air Cairo, Nesma Airways, El Nile Airways, El Masria elalamia, ETC)
C- Hajj & Omra.
D- Incoming & outgoing Tourism
E- Transportation Tourism & Travel insurance (CHARTIS EGYPT or ACE Insurance)
Fly Dubai Air Line - Work as Chief Accountant for Two years (From May. '2012 - Mar. '14) and my Responsibilities are: ❖ Responsible for preparing financial situation in the end of every month.
❖ Responsible for increase the agent credit and auditing their sales Report every 15 Days.
❖ Responsible For prepare journal entries from Documents
❖ Then transfer the journal entries to master and assistant master books
❖ Check cash of movement balance, serial of receipts, approval,
Attached documents and end of balance.
❖ Compare Daily Sales Report with cash movement and reports from Air line System
❖ Checking all bank statements and revise it with our accounts and prepare journal entries
❖ Responsible for calculate aviation taxes and the cheque to the government.
❖ Preparing balance sheet, income statement and management Reports.
❖ Follow up with everything related to issuing UAE Visit Visa to Dubai through
Fly Dubai System (Dubai E Government) and visa insurance and refund insurance With Cheque.
❖ Follow up for any refunded Tickets on the airline System and prepare the cheque.
❖ Review issuing groups ( No. Of pax and calculate the amount and the paying)
❖ Issuing the TIME deposit and make a decision about the amount of the same.
Marsland Air Line - Work as Accountant for one year (From Jul. '2011 - May. '12) and my Responsibilities are:
❖ Responsible for preparing the breakdown for all tickets airline ( our office tickets and subagent ticket)
In excel sheet.
❖ Responsible for calculate aviation taxes and the tickets invoice from the excel sheet Breakdown.
❖ Responsible for increase the agent credit and auditing their sales Report every 15 Days.
❖ Responsible For prepare journal entries from Documents.
