Job Responsbilities
Head of the mechanical staff, Review The Design and Workshop Drawing, Transmittals,
material approval, time scheduale ), and supervision over all Mechanical Installations for
ABHA Airport : ( B.H.S, PCA, HVAC, Plumbing, infrastructure, sewage plant, F. Fighting,
, Generators, Elevators and escalators ... etc )
Project : Mina Al Wadi Hospital - ( Makka EL Mokarama )
Description : A B+G+FF Hospital building - 300 Bed with all MEP Works.
Client : M/s Ministry of Health - Saudi Arabia
JOB RESPOSIBILITIES
• Installation Monitoring of & Chillers, AHU’s, Chillers Pumps, Heat Exchangers, FCU’s, Ducting,
VFD’s, Chilled Water Piping, Package Units, Fire Fighting Systems, plumbing works, Water Supply
& Drainage System, and Medical Gas Stations for Hospitals, Elevators, Generators and BMS
Control Systems, Maintenance, etc.
• Giving Approval to Designing and Preparation of method of statement, Installation formats to
the main contractor.
• Cross Inspection of Design Heat Load prepared by the Main Contractor depending upon
Architect & Design conditions.
• Inspection of Coordination Drawings & Preliminary Inspection of the installation carried out in
the site and suggest for changes if required.
• Arrange the meetings held on site for Technical and co-ordination issues with architects and
main contractor..
• Verifying automatic control system operation & sequence of operation. Troubleshooting of the
problems occurred in the site before hand over of the Project and run the system as per the
design and requirements .

• Installation of ( F. Fighting, Water Supply, Sewage, Irrigation ) Pipe Lines Networks.
• Prepare and review shop drawing and make the drawing corrections as per requirements .
• all the technical office roles ( review drawings, making studies, prepare of B.O.Q, time
schedule, planning, Q.A etc ) .

- I was responsible about installation of SAKHA sewage treatment p;ant ( 108000 m/day), ,
Potable water treatment station at El SHARQIA city, , installation of 12 lifting pump station at
( TANTA, KAFR ELSHIEKH, SHARQIA ) cites.

Review of design and shopedrawing documents, planning and management for utilities,
Pipes lines, pumping station, water treatment plant, Desalination water plant with its
components :
(pumps, dewatering pumps, Sealin, Motors, scrapers, strainers, aerators, Bridges, penstocks,
classifiers, Disinfection system, flow maters, level devices, pipes and fitting pieces and auxiliaries
devices, ventilation system, lubrication system, membrane system, Gate, Butter fly and Non
return valves "counter weight or with hydraulic damper", stand by diesel … etc ) for the projects
which handled :
• M&E Erections for waste water treatment plants at sakha, and El hamoul cities with a total
cost of (12, 000, 000 $ ) .
• M&E installations of 20 Sewage lifting pump stations in ( Sidi Salem, EL hamoul, , Fowa,
Atmida, Shubra khite) cites with a cost of ( 9, 000, 000 $ ) approximately .
• M&E for water treatment station in Simbilawin city . With a Cost of ( 5, 000, 000 $ ) .
• Installation of M&E at Nuweiba Desalination water plant RO . Sinai with a capacity of 5000
M³ /Day .
• Dealing with simple Electrical circles with its components and supervision of the Maintenance
procedures for all pumping Stations within performance year .
JOB RESPOSIBILITIES
• Installation of The Sewage network, lifting pump stations and its main force pipe line connected
to water treatment plant at Baltim city - Egypt, with a cost of (15, 000, 000, $) .
• Installation of the sewage network at Abu Homes city (EL Beihera Governorate ) - Egypt with
(10, 000, 000, $ ) cost .
• Carried out the main feeder water pipe line (1000 mm.) pre stress Concrete with a length 30K.m
between (Sidi Salem - Fowa) cites at Kafr EL Sheikh Gov. with a cost of (6, 000, 000, $).
