Scope of Works:
1. Quality Controller for the welding works including the following:
a. Prepare the procedure qualification record (PQR) according to American welding society code AWS D1.1.
b. Prepare wilding procedure specification (WPS) according to American welding society code AWS D1.1.
c. Check the welder certification (welding proses, position, validity … etc.).
d. Update the continuity LOG of the welder.
e. Monitoring the welding proses as per AWS D1.1 and approved Drawings.
2. Project follow up:
a. Prepare work inspection request.
b. Prepare material inspection request.
c. Prepare the inspection test plan (ITP).
d. Prepare the method of statement for the fabrication, welding and panting works.
3. Check the civil works
4. Check the mechanical and electrical works.
5. Perform hydro static works for piping system.
6. Check the cathodic protection system.
7. Check the motorized gate valve as per the project specification

Unit 2 SH and RH Replacement
My responsibilities was include installation, testing and commissioning and the continuous monitoring the performance of progress and verify the quality of welding, and the main responsibilities was supervision and monitoring the fabrication, manufacturing process and progress of SH & RH coils in work shop and continue the installation stage of coils.
