Support and assist the PM in all the project activity
Specific Duties and Responsibilities/Scope of Work:
Project Management for the substation project starting by Kick off meetings, preparing budget and time schedule including monthly update, submittals, clarifications, follow up Clients approval, request for deliveries and subcontract activities, lead project team in Clients meetings, issue the release for design/construction/manufacturing/factory inspection and dispatching to site, issue and follow up progress reports/three months forecast for cost /revenue, to release monthly reports and invoices, supervise schedule for installation, testing, commissioning, shut down plan and energizing, closing punch list items, obtain the PAC, FAC and release performance bonds, closing report for the project including technical/commercial feedback to concerned divisions &Other scope of activities related to HVAC and fire fighting system
