Managing the Technical & Engineering Team for Shop Drawings - Material Submitting - issuance information requests -Construction Method Statements - Claims and Variations studies.
The Project comprises of Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning of a group of administration and residential buildings, communication towers, complete infra structure utilities & group of substations. The scope of work includes design verification of all the buildings foundations plus civil and MEP design for all roads and utilities.
•INFRASTRUCTURE - PACKAGE 4: ROAD A1, A6, SOUTHERN & MARINA INTERCHANGES - LUSAIL QATAR Mega Project for Lusail Real State Development Company
The Project comprises of Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning of major parts of Road A1, A6, D11 & A10 at Lusail with Junctions 12, 13, and 14, Wadi Underpass, Tunnels T1 & T2, Southern and Marina Interchanges including Underpass, Bridges, Arch, and Tunnel. The total length of the roads is 7.5 km. The scope of works include design and construction of a 4.6 km deep storm water tunnel of 2.4-3 m diameter with 15 shafts. Utilities, irrigation, electrical substations, road lighting, traffic signals, district cooling and gas distribution are also in the scope.
•Al Sadd Development Complex - Doha - Qatar.
A Mega Project for Barwa Real Estate Group comprises the construction of 4 Towers connected by 3 level basements, 1-Hotel and 3-Office Towers with a common 4 level Podium, 3-Apartment buildings, Recreation and Utility buildings.
Total built-up area of 203, 000m2
•Doha Expressway (Package 7), Salwa Road - Doha - Qatar.
A Mega Project joined ventured between Yüksel & Midmac for Public Works Authority (ASHGHAL).
The project mainly covers the Construction of 4 Post Tensioning Slab Bearing Bridges connected to 3 Underpasses and Upgrading of about 6.8km (4 lanes each way) main road carriageway plus a network of cross roads, local service roads and the largest number of parking lots in Doha .
The latest technology of Intelligent Traffic Systems (ITS) had been applied . Utilities relocation had been executed using the latest know-how in HDD (horizontal direction drilling)
