Represent the company in the General Assemblies and Executive Boards
Responsible for all underwriting and administrative functions in the Technical Department.
•Collecting risk information, measuring of risk exposure, Assessing, evaluating and analyzing the risk to accept or decline it.
•Ensuring the statistics are prepared monthly and quarterly statements sent to reinsurance.
•Work as a risk manager and consultant for the clients to provide the suitable converges.
•Answering all inquires raised from all the supervising authorities and ensure always that the regulatory compliance are maintained and followed strictly.
•Assessing the policy conditions.
•Assisting the management in setting department plan & the target market.
•Assisting the management in the negotiation of treaty reinsurance program.
•To work closely with the business development department and assist cooperate with them to the utmost in achieving their targets.
•Periodically visiting major customer and insurance broker in the market with a view of developing and strengthening the relationship.
•Ensuring corporate objectives achieved by means of professional approach to underwritten, developing good customer relation and providing good customer services.
•Act promptly within the established procedures and work independently, guided by overall Company policies and objectives.
•To come up with new ideas and concepts for improving Company’s products and image and provide the best possible satisfaction within the parameters of the Company’s policies, rules and regulations.
•To attend meetings as and when called to do so by Executive Management and ability to participate and suggest for any improvement.
•Prepare, submit and present periodical findings, observations and recommendations in a progress report that covers all key aspects of the Department’s objectives and customer’s observations and needs.
•Follow up the journals, newsletter and studying new products in the market
•Sharing in developing software system to be appropriate with the products provided.
•Encourage, Stimulating and Supervising subordinates how to give business more without ignoring business ethics and evaluating them at the end of the year by setting the appraisal.
