Duties include daily assisting in construction management and supervision by directing the team to ensure the required quality and completion of the project according to the specified schedule. This involves setting ECG responsibility for site operations based on the ECG manual and project contract, and acting as the primary interface between the client and contractor.
Additionally, responsibilities include:
1. Daily monitoring of the contractor's work, procedures for building construction, infrastructure (such as main networks and associated utility buildings), roads, and hard and soft landscaping.
2. Implementing and overseeing a safety and quality control program, ensuring that the contractor adheres to project contract requirements.
3. Studying the project contract documents and drawings before construction commences.
4. Daily monitoring, reviewing, and approving contractor's submittals, including shop drawings, technical data sheets, and Requests for Information (RFIs) issued by contractors.
5. Approving or rejecting contractor's submittals based on tender drawings and contract specifications.
6. Providing guidance to the contractor in overcoming technical problems.
7. Reviewing and commenting on material and equipment submittals, identifying any design items that may adversely affect the facility's operation, and seeking early remedies to such issues during the construction phase.
8. Reviewing and approving as-built drawings for final approval.
9. Studying and providing comments on contractors' claims.
10. Led team meetings to assess project progress and plan appropriately to meet delivery targets.
11. Generated weekly and monthly status reports for helpful progress tracking.
12. Conferred with engineering staff and other personnel to identify and resolve problems with design or implementation.
These duties apply to the following projects:
▪ Doha 2024 FINA World Championships & World Masters Championships.
▪ New Naval Base project (NNBP) - Buildings and Infrastructure.
Construction of New naval base buildings and infrastructure such as main networks (wet utilities) and blocks infrastructure networks and associated utility buildings, Infrastructure work shall include the following items:

▪ Development of Internal Security Force (ISF) Camp at Duhail- The Officers' Club and Shooting Range (CPC‐07e).
▪ Development of Internal Security Force (ISF) Camp at Duhail-Health Center Care-(CPC - 06).
▪ Doha Live Project at Doha - Qatar “Lifestyle hotel and boutique retail experience”.
▪ Al Asmakh Heritage Buildings at Doha - Qatar
▪ JW Marriot Doha - Qatar.
▪ Six (6) New Schools - Package 4 - Qatar.
▪ Construction of Ten (10) New Schools in Doha - Qatar.
Studying the project contract documents and drawings before construction commences, daily monitoring of reviewed and approval of contractor's submittals including shop drawings, technical data sheets, and RFI's issued by contractors, approving or rejecting contractor's submittals according to tender drawings and contract specifications, advising the contractor to overcome technical problems, checking and commenting on material and equipment submittals and identifying any item of the design, which my adversely affect the operation of the facility and seeking out a remedy to the problem early in the construction phase, reviewing and approving as-built drawings for final approval by the Construction Manager as well as studying and giving comments on contractors claims for the following project:

▪ Hyde Park - New Cairo.
▪ Children's Cancer Hospital Section at Al Helal Hospital - Tanta.
▪ Royal City Compound - 6th of October City.
▪ Universal Group Administrative Office Building - 6th of October City.
▪ Oriana Villas, Cairo Festival City - New Cairo.
▪ El rehab Quality Control Supervision, El rehab City - New Cairo.
Duties included Structural design of buildings in the ministry, Revision, and approval of the structural design of buildings submitted by the Consultants Office for the following project:
▪ Many kinds of school buildings in all cities of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia such as:

Duties included daily site construction, Maintenance and finishing many buildings, processes, and activities as well as staff on site; ensuring duties are executed on time as required; ensuring daily diaries of events associated with the work on-site maintained; Supervising the commissioning and start-up activities; assisting with pre-tender and pre-construction activities for contracts relative to his site for the following project:

Duties included daily site supervision of construction processes and activities as well as staff on site; ensuring duties are executed on time as required; ensuring daily diaries of events associated with the work on-site is maintained; witnessing and supervising the commissioning and start-up activities; assisting with pre-tender and pre-construction activities for contracts relative to his site; preparing project weekly progress reports; assisting in the preparation of project monthly reports as well as the Final Acceptance and Completion Report; reviewing and presenting the contractor valuations payments for final. Approval; reviewing and approving as- built drawings for final approval for the following project:
