Responsibilities included review and finalization of project shop drawings, coordinated of work activities among drawings, subcontractor requirements (subcontracts, invoices), quantities and calculations, reviewed tenders, bids and proposals. Charged with implementation of 185M SR Tabuk Housing and Infrastructure development project. Scope of project includes installation of roads and sidewalks, piping and pump stations for potable water, sewer system, irrigation system, low-voltage and medium-voltage electrical grids and communication (telephone and internet) networks. Project scope encompassed over 1M square meters. Responsibilities included initial conceptualization and design of the project, review and finalization of project plans and application of value engineering exercises. Created schematic layout that included takeoff cost estimates, scopes of work, subcontractor requirements, project profit forecasts, schedules and timelines. Supervised key activities such as site leveling and surveying, and verified key drawings, quantities and calculations. Reviewed tenders, bids and proposals; selected subcontractors and suppliers. Coordinated work activities among construction supervisors, planners, surveyors and workforce. Interfaced with client’s representatives, consultants, architects, engineers and surveyors. Ensured all safety and environmental regulations were upheld on job site.

Oversaw construction of Security Task Force Training Center, a project with the total value of 534M SR that spanned over 1M square meters. This high-security development included the construction of 62 buildings representing 29 unique designs and general site development.

Site development covered parking areas, roads and a pedestrian platform surrounding the buildings at a total area of 195000 square meters. Project valued at 477M SR. Responsibilities included initial conceptualization and design of the project, review and finalization of project plans and application of value engineering exercises. Created schematic layout that included takeoff cost estimates, scopes of work, subcontractor requirements, project profit forecasts, schedules and timelines. Supervised key activities such as site leveling and surveying, and verified key drawings, quantities and calculations. Reviewed tenders, bids and proposals; selected subcontractors and suppliers. • Construction of the Egypt Telecoms main building at Smart Village, with a construction value of up to 140 Million LE. The building consists of four floors with a total area of 34000 m^2. The building facades are designed to look like the ancient pyramids of Giza, using glazing, artificial stone and pyramid space truss. The building is surrounded by 25000 m^2 of land including underground utilities.
• Construction of the Social Building of Heliopolis Sporting Club at El- Shorouk branch with a construction value of up to 16 Million LE and a total area of 20000 m^2. The building is surrounded by 25000 m^2 of land and underground utilities as well as 10000 m^2 of parks.
• Construction of the Canal Regional Control Center Building and rehabilitation of 60 substations located in 7 governorates with a value of up to 30 Million DKK. The complex building located in Ismailia has a total area of 1200 m^2 and is equipped by a SCADA system to minimize loss of electrical power by monitoring and controlling power stations and substations. It is surrounded by 4000 m^2 of land including underground utilities, roads, parking and electrical rooms.

• Rehabilitation project of sewer lines and force mains, as well as the renovation of pump stations in Ismailia, with a value of $30 Million.

• Created a schematic layout in view of key quantifiable parameters encompassing - estimation of takeoff costs, reviewing project constructability, scopes of work, sub-contracting requirements and scheduling.
