o Setting clear targets and framework for each member and providing support with follow up to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
o Set and agree on the overall total Marine Budget, Margin and DSO.
o Promote / Sell Jotun Marine products to different segments and increase Jotun Marine market share.
o Develop the Strategic and key Customers by implementing and utilizing sales initiatives, tools and techniques (New products, concepts, smart specs, procedures, etc).
o Implement effective dealers pricing policy and close follow up.
o Ensure Jotun perceived as the most professional Marine coating supplier in the market.
o Liaise with Jotun different companies worldwide to secure new projects in their territory while decision being taken in Egypt, ensure max profit and Customer satisfaction.
o Plan and monitor customer activities through customer visits, customer meetings with close delivery service follow up in order to exceed customer’s expectations .
o Actively explore new business opportunities by searching new information with business partners and other relevant contacts to increase market share.
o Selling all slow and non moving products with the max profit.
