- Reviewing the Project managers works in my department (Scheduling and Planning Projects, Cost controlling and Time management, Risks and its mitigation plans).
- Participate in technical design, coding and reviewing the implementation phase.
• Manage the overall delivery activities and project management activities related to the project.
• Reporting the monthly progress of the project to the senior management. Leading a team of supervisors to ensure smooth and efficient running of the project.
