•In charge of Bank Risk Control Self Assessment (QSA).
•Auditing all western region branches
•Identify Control/Regulations gaps
•Coach staff on how to implement the correct policy/regulations against all gaps.
•Insure compliance according SAMA Policy and Bank procedure.
•Coordinate Compliance and some of the operation related issues related to Branch Banking Group.
•Monitoring of Branch Banking Sundry- Unclaimed account in terms of keeping full data of Manager Checks as well as preparation of related Proof Report on monthly basis.
•Working close to Retail Banking Regional Head and Regional Service Manager in terms of monitoring administrative function and special project over the Western Region branches. (30 branches).
•Maintaining of western region staff members system security request and control their movement and limits according to Samba Policies and Procedures.
•Involve in maintaining Teller Difference Report related to branches, Blocking and Un-Blocking status on customer accounts based on SAMA instructions. Also, maintain Teller Productivity Reports on daily and monthly basis and reporting them to Samba Head Office.
