• Simultaneously manage multiple projects while supervising all aspects of subcontractors’ responsibilities including Assigning Contractors & consultants to the projects.
• Managing the projects starting from inception to the handing over.
• Project Planning and design (Setting a clear project objective, establishing activities and details for budget and preparing the initial project schedules).
• Project Implementation (Directing and leading projects team (Consultants & contractors) individually and as project team and keep everyone connected with the project, supervising the progress work of project and always keep it in alignment within specifications and the approved budget).
• Project Control (reviewing project progress periodically and acting to move forward as planned, empowering project team for the benefit of the project).
• Project closing and Handover (training people to take over the project function after finishing, handover the project as planned, ensuring that the deliverables are matching with customer requirements).
• Supervised all construction activities including planning, execution and monitoring of the projects on Daily/weekly/Monthly Basis; providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction in coordinating with site management activities.
• Implementing overall finishing activities up to handover.
• Identified & developed a vendor source for achieving cost effective purchase of equipment, accessories & timely delivery to minimize project cost and ensure on time payment to vendors.
• Chief of Recruiting Processes (Indonesia, India, Pakistan), for acquiring projects’ manpower from different professions for ongoing projects implementation.
• Networked with agencies such as electrical and water services, architects / consultants / clients/sub-contractors to ascertain technical specifications, construction related essentials, based on the prevalent rules; with site and clients.
• Maintained excellent relations with statutory authorities, as well as coordinating with consultants, client & site engineers for daily work progress.
• Managed the project start-up contracts / agreements, due diligence, formulation and negotiations in co-ordination with internal and external legal -commercial teams
• Executed day-to-day contracts during execution stages and managed claims towards achievement of the targeted project objectives.
• Responsible for the Day-to-Day Site Activities.
• Site inspection of each activity to check compliance of the works to the approved method statement and required specification.
