-Responsible for providing consulting service including HR restructuring, ISO preparation, strategy, corporate governance & degital transformation.

-Duties :
-Acting as academy CEO to manage all academy financial, managment & technical issues to provide D Media & it is owned companies with required learning & development programs & provide corporate clients with required consulting & training services in diffrent fields including Business managment, HR, Quality, Finance & degital transformation.
-Providing D Media & owned companies with Assessment & development centers service & Annual corporate second party audits for all affilliated companies.
-Supervise & Manage all HR functions related to HR planning, HR objectives, HR Budgeting, recruitment & selection, talent managment, compensation & benefits, personnel, performance managment, OD, learning & development, employee relations on the strategic level.
-Carrying HR audits on the HR manager & sub -ordinates on periodical database to insure the efficiency of the HR functions on the operational level & taking all required corrective actions.
- Supervising & Managing all related functions of the HR department related to HR planning, Recruitment, talent managment, Comp & Ben, personnel, performance managment, OD, Learning & development & Employee rlations.
-Company spoke related to HR managment issues among A-class clients as Vodafone, Emerson, Schneider & Siemens to implement thier special requirments of HR & staff & attend all thier second & third party Audits.
