• Coaching recruitment team improving their soft/hard skills.
• Develop a depth-understanding of clients’ activities and requirements to support recruitment team to identify the right matches.
• Develop creative recruitment solutions and tactics customizing search strategy according to required position.
• Develop a pool of profiled CVs of suitable candidates in the different areas.
• Conduct interviews if necessary to allocate the right candidate as well as to monitor and improve interviewing skills of recruitment team.
• Managing employment fairs and recruitment events; brochures, banners and further particulars complying with Tawzef budget requirements.
• Monitor results and execution of timetables ensuring adherence to deadlines.
• Determine Man Power Plan according to Tawzef business needs and do the hiring process accordingly.
• Generate, develop and execute performance appraisal and Employee Assessments.
• Determine TNA and implement it after approval of GM and according to Tawzef budget requirements.
• Implement & Develop Polices, standards, etc. For Tawzef Company.

Handling the recruitment cycle from the request process till final selection for suitable candidates
Monitoring results and execution of time table ensuring adherence to deadline
Attending and Coordinate Meeting between Clients & shortlisted Candidates.
Assist in preparing and sending offer packages
Recommending new sources for active and passive candidates
Making reports to the manager to provide him the employees' performance and attendance sheets.

Develop a pool of profiled CVs for qualified candidates required by our clients.
Receiving client’s requests and required positions with full details to start the recruitment processes.
Preparing attractive job posts to appropriate job board, newspaper, recruitment websites etc
Sourcing, screening, recruiting and selecting highly qualified candidates who will be shortlisted for final interview with the clients .
Calling up shortlisted candidates to inform them the feedback of client’s interview
