• Conduct the CMT strategy which contains the communications, training and
organization changes with respect to ASAP methodology
• CMT Project Plan with a detailed activities
• Prepare events (Kick Off, Realization…) and all the required materials, logistics…etc
• Prepare the Training Methodology Introductory & Intermediate (for MM, FICO, PS,
ABAP and Basis)
• Prepare the Knowledge Transfer program for the project team members
• Prepare Testing Strategy, schedule, attendance, management reporting…etc
• Quality check on all the CMT deliverables
• Conduct the Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for each role in the project \[technical
team and functional team according to SAP curriculums and skills required
• Plan the training materials preparation (Training Manuals, Presentation, E-
Learning & Quick Reference Card - QRC)
• Prepare the communication plan (emails, design website, posters & adverts … etc.)
• Prepare the Roles & Responsibility for project roles
• Built up the Competence Center Structure, learning Path.
• Design the Process Flows & Procedures for the processes such as Approval,
Change processes and the Document Version Control
• Design the templates for the project (Testing, FRICE, Training …etc)
• Prepare the Reports for PM as well as the Lessons Learned document with findings
• Prepare the training execution plan for FICO, PS, MM & CM
• Prepare the Job Role Mapping (JRM) for FICO, PS, MM & CM
• Prepare Change Impact Analysis for the project streams

• Strong hands on experience in leading OCM projects for ERP implementations.

• Developing and managing relationships with stakeholders, Coordinating the
required training.

Project Management Office - PMO
• Holding a key role in setting up the PMO Unit, developing processes, templates
and staff roles and also recruiting and selecting criteria for the service delivery
line of business.
• Conducting regular review meetings regarding updated released versions, non-
compliance issues and potential mechanism enhancements.
• Undertaking numerous rounds of auditing on the selected running projects to
ensure full compliance with the methodology, resulting in a significantly
improved service delivery to customers.
Supply Chain Management - MM
• Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP MM
• Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and
provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and
document customer requirements
• Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops
necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
• Design, customize, configure and testing of MM
• Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyse, and solve
software problems.
• Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
