GENERAL MISSION

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

*Share in design the process of performance evaluation for the SCE
Ensuring conflict free environment for the SCE
*Communicate the company regulations to the SCE that govern their performance in the best way for the good of the company
*Identify the gaps and the strengths in the team skills and act to fortify their skills and knowledge
Coach and advise the team members on the best techniques of customer service principles and the retail sales tactics
*Conduct monthly meetings and training and conduct a role modeling sessions for the SCE
*Organize and Assure provision of the needed tools for the support of the SCE as the skin machine and the samples and the testers
*Organize the rotation plan and the schedule of coverage for the SCE
*Arrange their leaves and working days and day off
*Decide on the best visit hours for the SCE with the highest traffic in the store
*Retrieve the sales data form the stores where we have SCE
*Monthly calculation and reporting of the sales data of the SCE and defining their incentive
*Set realistic, achievable and challenging reasonable sales objectives per store per line per SCE
*Assure the involvement of the SCE in the stock management and the planogram arrangements for the stores visited
*Assure good communication between the SCE and the KAMs and the Med rep teams
*Management of the B2C animation events as the booth operation and the VIP meetings toward the best outcomes
*Assure use of the SCE to build a strong data base of interested customers
*Explore and test new opportunities at stores with good yield value to be recommended for coverage
