- The total cost of the project was 140 million Egyptian Pounds.
- Working in (CFA Piles with diameter (of 60-80) cm - Micro Pile Anchors 20m long - Dewatering with shallow wells -Raft and pile caps Isolation with SIKA Egypt system using P.V.C Sheets - SIKA Crete 114 - SIKA dur 42 Epoxy).
- Executing all project work such as civil, Arch, and MEP with coordination with Subcontractors’ engineers.
- Submit the shop drawing after been finished and coordinated with all sections.
