Prepare and supervise the installation of steel structure.
• Prepare and supervise the installation of chiller plant complete with Pumps Chiller, pipes and Valves.
• Prepare Documents ( Inspection request, Dubai Municipality inspection, Material request, Quotations, Transmittals, Submittals)
• Coordinate between different contractors.
• Create and follow up the working time schedule.
• Relocation of two Rotary Dryer "Calciner" with Installation and Alignment.
• Installation of Stationary for Calciner \[Drive Unit, Roller Frame, Mixer and Screw Conveyor……..\]
• Install and erect all Equipment like \[Belt conveyors- chain conveyor - chain Elevator - rotary valves - pumps - All chutes and heavy tanks ….etc.\]
• Monitor and Inspect fabrication and erection of Chemicals Piping system (carbon steel, Stainless steel, Duplex stainless steel )
• Monitor and Inspect of maintenance work for chemicals tank.
• Check for alignment and mechanical work for all Equipment after installation complete.
• Check sub-contractor to do the out sources work like ( welding belts, insulation work, sandblasting and painting)
• Plants shut down activities, demolishing for existing lines & equipment's, tie-in piping isometrics field routing & materials take off.
