Scope: Construction of fully finished residential buildings, 216 apartment units, including earthwork, foundations, superstructure framing, concreting, finishing works, façade works, MEP works, and hardscape.
Tasks:
• Performing the direction and Coordination of the project.
• Controlling the scope, schedule, and activities during the execution.
• Communicating with all the stakeholders.
• Leading, controlling and monitoring the team.
• Monitoring and Reporting the project progress.
• Coordinating with the key persons.
• Preparing and submitting the monthly invoice-statements to the client.
• Preparing the subcontractors invoices-statements.
Project: Infrastructure and Roads for the Presidential Decree No. 230 Region
Location: Al-Sheikh Zayed, Egypt
Cost : 0.9 Billion EGP
Client: Ministry of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities
Scope: Sewer networks of UPVC and R/C pipes (diameters up to 1000 mm), storm catch basins, and manholes. Water and Irrigation networks of HDPE pipes (diameters up to 800mm), and valve chambers. Road network including earthwork, grading, and base work.
The scope includes excavation, soil replacement, piping, concreting, backfilling, testing, and grading.
Tasks:
• Preparing the whole project cost breakdown analysis.
• Following up the progress during the execution process.
• Preparing the daily and weekly reports.
• Preparing the quanities of the project.
• Reviewing the drawings and creating shop drawings.
• Following up the procurements.
• Preparing the subcontractors invoices-payments.
• Preparing and submitting the invoices-statements to the client.
Project: Construction of fully finished luxurious buildings and landscape
Location: New Administrative Capital, Egypt
Cost: 160 Million EGP
Client: Ministry of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities
Scope: Fully finished residential buildings, 240 apartment units, including earthwork, foundations, superstructure framing, concreting, finishing works, façade works, MEP works, and hardscape.
Tasks:
• Performing the planning and Coordination of the project.
• Controlling the scope, schedule, and activities during the execution.
• Monitoring and reporting the project progress.
• Communicating with all the stakeholders.
• Leading the team.
• Reviewing the drawings and creating shop drawings.
• Managing and Controlling the material submittals.

Scope: Concrete buildings, semi-finished units, including earthwork, foundations, superstructure framing, concreting, finishing works, façade works, and MEP works.
Tasks:
• Reviewing the plans, drawings, and quantities.
• Managing and monitoring the design drawings and required documents.
• Coordinating with all the workforce involved in the project.
• Performing the quality control.
• Performing daily management of the site.
• Preparing reports as required and resolving any unexpected technical difficulties.
Project: Construction of fully finished residential & administrative buildings, multi-purpose buildings, Villas, and Landscapes
Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia
Client: Al-Hajry Overseas for Contracting
Scope: Earthwork, foundations, superstructure framing, concreting, finishing works, façade works, MEP works, and landscape.
Tasks:
• Preparing initial designs.
• Preparing and following up the construction permits.
• Performing the management involving planning, execution, supervision, and coordination of all technical and administrative functions of the project.
• Monitoring the Construction Inspectors, ensuring that tests and inspections are performed and documented.
• Reviewing shop drawings and material submittals against the drawings and specs.
• Monitoring progress to meet schedule and budget requirements.
• Preparing the technical / progress reports as required.
Project: Construction of 74 five-story residential buildings
Location: 6th of October, Egypt
Cost: 518 Million EGP
Client: Ministry of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities
Scope: Concrete buildings, finished 1, 480 units, including earthwork, foundations, superstructure framing, concreting, finishing works, façade works, and MEP works.

Location: Eskan Village, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Cost: 1 Million Dollars
Client: American Air Force Unit
Scope:Earthwork, steel fixing, concreting, fence fixing, container installation, MEP works, road grading and Asphalt.
Tasks:
•Reviewing the plans, drawings, and quantities.
• Performing daily management of the site.
• Performing the quality control.
• Supervising the construction process according to the required specs, under the supervision of the American Army Consultant Office.
