A highly active outsourcing environment, transitioning Kuwait airways legacy (Terminals and mainframes) system to new IP based systems.

•Managing issues related to implementation of the project in more than 152 stations outside Kuwait distributed over 41 countries.
•Managing a team of Engineers and Technicians, keeping track of issues and solutions.
•Administration of the main firewall for Kuwait airways, branch office firewalls, VPN concentrator, monitoring security threats and updating the configuration as required.
