Insure providing high quality of Financial & Procurement support to all DSC entities
Manage all contracts & procurements in DSC.
Supervise of preparing DSC annual budget to ensure the alignment with the strategy.
Supervise & monitor the implementation of DSC budget.
Manage all payments respects.
Provide monthly & periodically financial performance reports to all DSC Departments..
Supervise all accounts affairs including GL closing and issuing the financial statements
Works towards maintaining financial statements in accordance with standard budget practice. Supports in preparation of reports for Budget Manager and CDA management
Checking purchase requisitions against relevant budget(s) in the GRP system
Preparation of operational, capitalized and manpower budgets on monthly bases for management team.
Provide inputs in analysis and information to be submitted to the Finance Director for planning purposes from a finance perspective as requested
Support and manage the budget activities within the agencies and ensure a proper processes and procedures are followed up
