Assists Head of Quality and Change Management in developing change strategies to enable successful implementation of corporate initiatives.
Plays a proactive role in communicating the value and benefits of change initiatives to the various business units in ADGAS.
Participates in actively following up the implementation status of change initiatives and assists in facilitating regular reviews with the management team.
Supports the re-deployment of AIRMS support processes at the corporate level such as the communication process.
Assist in the development, deployment, and analysis of stakeholders feedback processes such as : Shareholders needs analysis; Corporate Employee Surveys; Customer Surveys etc.
Coordinates and integrates the input from various ADGAS Divisions on the implementation of initiatives, systems and schemes related to change management.
Promotes the Quality principles within the organization and assists in carrying out quality audits to help Divisions in identifying strengths and opportunities for improvements; and support the efforts in getting recognition for implemented quality practices.
Provides support to the corporate initiatives and programs run by other departments in S&CD Division.
Acts as a focal point in managing and administering the “Moubadara” suggestion scheme.
Supports the development and deployment of knowledge management initiatives within the organization
Supports the Suggestion Schemes, Corporate surveys and other Organizational initiatives.
Performs other related or similar duties as assigned such as assignments as directed.
