• Leading L&D Team, distribution of tsks, supervising their progress.
• Handling General training, Individual Training and employee's individual development plan.
• General Training: meeting in-house training vendors, evaluate and filter proposed training programs, meet and interview the nominated trainers, filter and review final attendance nomination list and review and evaluate all feedbacks.
• Individual Training: review and evaluate individual external courses request for approvals, provide recommendations and alternatives, follow up with the employees.
• Individual Development Plan: build and create the IDP form on ORACLE with IT team, deliver an awareness sessions, advice and review employees development plans.
• Edit the department policies and procedures.
• Works with procurement and finance team: submit invoices through procurement and receive it, build the budgeting for 2023 for L&D department.
• Build LMS on ORACLE.
• Meet E-Learning vendors.
• Administrate and create virtual, Online and Class courses.
• Meet clients for online courses.
• Journalproduction and Editing.
• Processing department invoices.
• Led Kornferry project's first stages, represent the department in two career fairs.
