Ensure the health and safety of all workers under my direct supervision, Making sure that all personnel joining the ship are familiar with relevant health and safety arrangement. Responsibility to enforce safe work practices and procedures at all time, Identify unsafe act or unhealthful workplace conditions or hazards before it happens, Ensuring that all safety officers under my supervision are applying all safety requirement consist of documents and rules we have to followed as per HSE standers also as per Aramco GI. Provide an orientations and training to new and existing workers at my workplace. Making sure that all workers are reading and understanding the all of documents thats issued at any workplace such as work permits, JSA awareness sheets and the MSDS and other documents belongs to workplace.
