- research and record incidents across two platforms using a variety of open sources and technologies
- scan, draft, and upload emergency alerts and routine logging of global emerging risks to a platform
- provide raw information for Intelyse Regional Information Managers and clients to analyze
- monitor and respond (manage or escalate) incoming check-ins, global SOS via the platform, or telephone calls for general assistance initiated by our clients
- provide advice to mitigate risk and potential harm to clients’ employees and their assets
- responsible for up to two countries to analyze and draft weekly updates for Regional Information Manager to review and publish
- advise and react to incidents dependent on the type and escalate response and personnel as required
o As a Sales Coordinator, my duties and responsibilities are as follows:
o Receives order requests from local and export customers from the Sales Team
o Creates Sales Quotations and Proforma Invoices (Focus) then process
o Coordinates with Sales Managers and Sales Representatives for order requests
o Coordinates with the Warehouse Department for stock availability, Production Department for item production schedules, Logistics Department for shipment schedules, and Accounts Department for account validation
o Report to Business Dev. Director for document authorization
o Purchasing - for office supplies, staff requirements, sample templates for prospect/potential customers coordinated with Sales In-charge, prepares Sales Reports, Pending Orders Summary, and follow up status until completion
o Manages Showroom presentation/displays
o Office Reception - as a team player, part relieving at the reception area whenever needed, answer client calls, direct and forward to respective departments, provide general information and take notes and messages
