• Collect and document the business/system requirements of the project components during the elaboration phases.
• Analyze user/products requirements.
• Develop Software Requirements Specification (SRS), Product Requirements Specification (PRS), work scope documents, proposals and other supporting documents.
• Providing Projects Conception: Mockups, Storyboard using Justinmind prototyper and
draw.io
• Prepare, produce and review the production of the products/Projects documentations (user manuals, Video recorders)
• Report work status continuously and directly to the Project Manager.
• High level experience in PM software, e.g. Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello and Visio.
• Monitor and manage the project schedule.
• Manage project team members.

- Analyze user/project requirements using standard analysis methodologies. Participate in the analysis and definition of complex business models.
- Develop Software Requirements Specification (SRS), work scope document and other supporting documents.
- Work with other team members to ensure satisfying all in scope and approved client requirements.
- Products functionality: definition, business use cases .
- Participating in the production of Project ideas, needs, and requirements

- Magneto 2 back-end and front-end configurations.

Experience: Magento \[Infamous and most used E-Commerce Platform\] backend and frontend configurations.

- Guiding clients throughout the On Boarding stage with 5 personalized calls to build their store thoroughly and properly, solving daily tickets, doing follow-ups with clients through using multiple systems and applications. (Zoho CRM System + FreshDesk).

- Dealing with CPanel & FTP issues and installing the SSL Certificate on the online stores.

- Dealing with HTML and CSS issues.

- Testing all the parts of the software. - Approve all finished products by confirming specifications and conducting required tests.

- Generating test cases from requirement.

- Writing Clear and comprehensive test cases.

- Ensure that the software works like the client’s needs.

- Try to find a solution to what is causing the problems.
