The overall responsibility for this role is to ensure the delivery of high-quality internal support services including procurement, IT, logistics, finance and certain legal services while maintaining an effective, collaborative, efficient, compliant, operating environment. The overall policies and procedures development will be led by the Systems Department Heads (Procurement, IT, Logistics, Compliance and Finance), based in Turkey. This position will work closely with these positions to ensure timely and quality implementation of these policies in Jordan. This position is responsible for coordinating assigned activities and working closely with other units in Jordan and in other GOAL Syria offices (Turkey & Syria).

While working closely with GRC Program Coordinator in Jordan, IFRC, JRCS and the GRC Syria Crisis
team in the Regional Office, the main objective of my role is to carry out all logistics tasks (procurement,

communication which will be adopted at field level
• Coordinate and communicate with CTP Field Officer for cash transfer activities in Irbid
• Work closely with the GRC Database Officer to ensure essential beneficiary data is collected at HQ and
branch level and input into the registration system

• Support the assessment of appropriate cash transfer mechanisms and provide logistical and administrative
support for the finalization of agreements with the chosen transfer body or agency together with GRC
Finance Officer and Delegate
• Support the GRC Delegate in developing a cash assistance program guidance and training pack for JRCS
staff and volunteers and facilitate the delivery.
• Prepare regular report on the implemented activities in the field and progress.
• Support delegate with the overall project planning and monitoring of progress of all project components.
