Planning for project procurement, making the actual purchase, monitoring

the procurement process, evaluating the contract process, and procurement closeout
 Mainly working with PMO manager on the policies and procedures to be followed in
procurement activities for better management & identification of risks and stakeholders
 Documenting all projects’ data on PMIS (project management information system) software

for an objective to monitor and report on active projects and portfolios.
 Tracking status of procurement project to create the procurement plan until the transition of
the project into the business operations
 Providing effective management support to project teams to medium and small sized
projects, or assisting PMO managers on the stream of large projects and specifically procurement
projects
 Preparing reports to management to show the project status
