Planning for project procurement, making the actual purchase, monitoring
the procurement process, evaluating the contract process, and procurement closeout
Mainly working with PMO manager on the policies and procedures to be followed in
procurement activities for better management & identification of risks and stakeholders
Documenting all projects’ data on PMIS (project management information system) software
for an objective to monitor and report on active projects and portfolios.
Tracking status of procurement project to create the procurement plan until the transition of
the project into the business operations
Providing effective management support to project teams to medium and small sized
projects, or assisting PMO managers on the stream of large projects and specifically procurement
projects
Preparing reports to management to show the project status
My thesis was about providing the best quality management system for Lebanese telecom sector in order to improve customer satisfaction . The project yield great success and was adopted by the telecom companies.
