• Send the table of brief, bands budget and props needed for the episodes.
• Coordinate with the Marketing and sales department, the caterer and all the departments in the TV.
• Prepare all the required documents that are vital to the shooting.
• Make the Presentation, Bible, Action plan and Budget of the show.
• Assure sponsorship.
• Make the subtitles if needed.
• Finalize the end credits.
• Contact businesses and corporations to shoot on their premises.
• Make sure all the crew know what their tasks are and ensure a smooth and productive workflow.
• Ensure all the guests have adequate transportation and accommodation.
