I'm working as an Assistant to the CEO
Recruited to provide administrative support to the CEO and Board-Members in a fast-paced international airports building and management organization. Maintained confidentiality with sensitive information.
•Streamlined daily operations by preparing memos/correspondence, transcribing meeting minutes, translating all government correspondence from Arabic to English and vice versa.
•Assist the CEO in following up with all chiefs and department heads
•Arrange CEO daily schedule, contact details of all business partners, governmental and non-governmental organizations.
•Prepare executive reports and board meetings documents and travel with the board to assist during the meetings.
•Monthly reports collection and finalization from all chiefs and department heads.
•Preparing presentations for the CEO and board-members when needed.
•Finalize travel arrangements and hotel bookings for the CEO and Board members as requested.

•Provided broad-based administrative support to directors in all management aspects of the organization.
•Assist the CEO in following up with all directors and department managers.
•Organized schedule of meetings and coordinated travel plans..
•Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth work-flow.
•Preparing presentations for the CEO when needed.
•Update and follow-up delegated tasks to ensure progress to deadlines.
•Assumed PR & Direct Marketing Officer duties when I was needed for one year.
I was the Assistant to the Ambassador, and helped the political and Economic Section with some work.
Arranged events and meetings, tool minutes of meetings, and translated letters from Arabic to English.
