Managed ACTED’s beneficiary communication channels (
Complaints & Response Mechanism) across field offices,
ensuring professional and culturally sensitive
communication in Arabic and English.

-Support Project Officers with the monitoring and
evaluation part in proposals.
-Communicate with all relevant field staff in South Syria
to carry out project activities, needs assessments, monitoring and evaluation, logistics, reporting and other
tasks.
-Responsible on creating questionnaires/assessments.

-Participated in the core Humanitarian Information
Management training.
-Supporting Change Management team projects as
related to primary data collection, data processing, data
visualization and analysis using PowerBI, XLSForm, GIS.
