-Managing the sales of evaporative cooling equipment (Cooling Towers) to the Industrial,
Commercial & Residential projects in Kuwait, Oman, Lebanon, Egypt and Iraq
-Set up goals and business plans for Agents/Distributors
-Drive Overall sales revenues objectives and profitability within the above countries
-Drive specification influence to promote the SPX products with major consultants,
contractors and customers
-Manage relationships with our agents and ensure they are meeting contractual obligations
in terms of revenue.
-Develop marketing plans with assigned business partners to achieve targets.
-Ensure that the order execution is done in timely manner, error free
Key Responsibilities:
- Completing the project deliveries on time to enable installation without interruption.
- Responsible for variation and scope management and claims
- Responsible for error free ordering
- Handling the administrative activities of the project
- Responsible for the project delivery and logistics plan
- Triggers invoices and collection process on time.
- Responsible for monthly project reviews, conducting weekly meetings and updating action plan
- Ensure open technical and commercial issues are closed on time by interacting with the project team.
- Communicates project goals and provide feedback
- Expedite Collection of Bad Debt by resolving all pending technical problems with the clients
Team Leader, responsible for outdoor sales and after sales, negotiations,
testing and commissioning, technical selections and quotations, for the below products:
- SPX Cooling Towers
- Flamco Expansion tanks, Air separators and Support System
- ITRON BTU, Water, Gas and electricity meters and AMR systems
- API Plate Heat Exchangers
- Dwyer Valves, Gauges and Instrumentation
- Ariston water heaters
- Kinetics Noise and Vibration Systems
- Crane Pumps
Preparing technical selections and quotation for SPX Cooling Towers, Vitherm plate heat exchangers, Humidifiers, Frost floor drains, Troxnozzles and grills, Flamco expansion tanks and air separators, Nuaire fans, Metrima BTU meters, Kinetics noise and vibration systems, and CryogelIce Storage Systems
Preparing the as built drawings for drainage, water supply and HVAC
