Role:
• Responsible for AED 230 million worth of inventory of 7 Warehouses of Mena Region. Conducted regular cycle counts. Maintained a 100% accurate level of efficiency.
• Responsible for System & Physical stock accuracy, Checking and managing the clear all transactions on time.
• Analyze the existing stock levels and liaise with the Marketing/ Buying team for timely roll out of promotional campaigns to maintain the territory / warehouse inventory holding norms as well to achieve targeted sales.
• Responsible for all non-delivered shipments back to Warehouse and system return on regular basis.
• Managing the Mena Region 8 inventory staff & Regularly reviewing the task and providing training for Process Improvements.
• Responsible for Stock Availability in Warehouse according to Estore Product Catalogue.
• ESTORE monitoring and responsible to Remove the Estore Products based on status of the stock.
• Supplier Management - Raising PO’s, Follow-up, Delivery Schedule, Stock Availability, Variance in Receipt etc.
• Expiry Stock management -Regularly checking the Expiry & Conditions of Consumable stock and Trying to finish the Expiry stock before 6 months of expiry.
• Preparing report - Stock Reports, Shipment Report, Sales Report, Cost Comparison, Stock Forecasting, Fill Rate Reports and all management required reports.
• Quality Control - Each Products QC based on QC Standard & Sending the QC reports with all Documents.
• DEFECT Stock Management - Providing the Damage Stock Report to Finance and higher management for scrapping process.
• Involved in Logistic Related Task - S&H Cost Preparation, Customs Clearance, Shipment Clearance, Courier Company Service Analysis Etc.
Role:
• Responsible for AED 160 million worth of inventory of 160 stores & 3 Warehouse. Conducted regular cycle counts. Maintained a 100% accurate level of efficiency.
• Handling inventory related system related activities like Item Creation, Purchase Order Creation, Transfer Order Creation, Return Order Creation, GIT etc.
• Analyze the existing stock levels and liaise with the Marketing/VM/Buying team for timely roll out of promotional campaigns to maintain the territory / warehouse inventory holding norms as well to achieve targeted sales.
• Provides ongoing feedback and information to team members on sales results, competitive practices, and delivery issues with vendors, and other specific information which could impact the performance of the business.
• Allocation and replenishment also new stores opening assortment planning.
• Maintain inventory dashboard which comprises sales margin stock etc.
• Supplier Management - Agreements & Deals inspection, Deal Closure, Promo Compensation, Supplier follow-up with BO Lines etc.
• Expiry Stock management -Trying to decrease the company total expiry & planning to liquidate the near expiry stocks or return to supplier as per purchase agreement.
• Controlled & Register Medicine monitor & sensitive management according to Health Authority terms & conditions.
• Preparing report - Stock Reports, MIS, Sales Report, Sellthrough, Expiry Management report, Fill Rate Reports and all management required reports.
Role:
• Control inventories at the store level to maximize sales, inventory and profitability and ensure the stores are stocked on key items and replenished merchandise at all times in order to achieve maximum stock efficiency.
• Assisted in all aspects of retail merchandise systems maintenance including vendor set-up, purchase orders management, researching and debugging system errors.
• Responsible for managing product inventory; including setting-up and maintaining inventory item codes, descriptions, pricing and product descriptions.
• Managed data integrity for all assigned categories and products.

• Responsible to manage inventory control programs.
• Overseeing the troubleshooting of issues for store POS, handling the new patch deployment, store level changes and database management of daily transactions
• Guiding the Support Team for store transactions and real time support
• Delivering ORMS application support for business partners in terms of price update, item master, etc.
• Supervising the data flow and guidelines of ORMS
• To train the new employees regarding inventory procedures.
• Providing technical support for the users on PDT Scanner (over 6000 Scanners in warehouse) and working on the network / application issues
• Furnishing inventory support for business to manage their stock takes related to data
• Mentoring a team for IT online support in business regarding P1 issues

• Guided the tele-marketing initiatives and developed a Marketing Team for supply of software product to clients
• Conducted market research for Winman software with other competitive software
• Delivered free demo for CA’s new software for market set-up
• Mentored the Tele Sales Team on the new mechanism for increasing sales
• Involved in gathering the database of CA’s and Tax Practitioners of India and providing the demo software
