Responsibility & Accountability:
 Managing Engineering Team for end to end capital project for all site of SC Johnson & Sons Subsidiaries in Indonesia (PT. Johnson Home Hygiene Products Pulogadung, PT. SC Johnson Manufacturing Surabaya)
 Develop feasibility study for any new product or cost saving initiative i.e. insouring project by conducting business case, valued engineering cost comparison
Ensuring project are correctly as designed within time and budget and achieve vertical start up by using Early Management Tools as Project Management Tools.
 Supporting Site Manufacturing for any OEE improvement, Facility improvement and Q-SHE improvement which need additional capital and design engineering.
 Coordinate for a development process of all engineer across region in Asia to following Early Management Tools and Engineering Working Process of SCJ Guidlines by conducting coaching, training, and regular auditing.
 Develop and update tools on Engineering Working Process with Global Early Management Team.

Reporting to Head of Manufacturing and Senior Project Engineering Manager
Responsibility & Accountability:
− Manage Greenfield Project an IDR 500bilion investment, end to end process for Beverages
Aseptic Line Factory in Cicurug, Sukabumi.
Ensure all investment are executed as designed with optimum price by end to end process.
Collaboration with Technical Managers and Consultant to design an optimum way of working
and suitable equipment with cost and sustainability.
− Coordinates several consultant and contractor from Civil, Mechanical-Electrical, Utility and
Main Processing of Aseptic Filling Line, and high end AS/RS warehouse system to works as
planned schedule without any disruption and additional.
Conduct installation and commissioning on Aseptic Filling Line and whole factory side with
collaboration with Technical Manager to ensure 1st commercial running can be held as planned.
− Collaboration with related 3rd pty operation regarding new technologies to be implemented

Responsibility & Accountability:
Maintain, Develop and Coordinates TPM implementation in Foods Factory (Tea Beverages,
Savory, SCC Factory) Cikarang.
− Ensure all KPI achieved by using Total Productive Maintenance approach to be Lean Manufacturing - World Class Manufacturing as each Factory Master Plan
- Extra effort to maintain and put high motivation to works out in TPM for all related pillars
− Coordinates and develop each pillars TPM phase plan by assisting each pillar leader, tracks
progress against the plan, conduct self-assessment, problem solving needs and manage their
development.
- Assisting General Manufacturing Manager for any related works, KPI monitoring-gap analysis,
Factory Master plan and any preparation needed

Based in Indonesia, Cikarang - Bekasi
Reporting to Outsourcing Manager and Engineering Manager
Responsibility & Accountability:
Organize & execute plans of engineering projects for the entire 3rd parties’ sites of Foods Factories in Indonesia.
Responsible for handling projects at snacks, soya sauces, and tea Factories, as well as juice
operations
Manage, liaise, control and advise maintenance teams on the maintenance system at all 3rd
party’ s operations, and on utility sites such as boilers, power generator, air compressors, water chiller, WWTP

Based in Indonesia, Cikarang - Bekasi
Reporting to Engineering Manager Foods
Responsibility and accountability:
− Organize & execute plans of engineering projects in Foods Factories in Cikarang.
− Timely organize & execute maintenance plan on machineries and equipment of margarine &
savory Factory at Cikarang, West Java, and as well on its utility plants such as: boiler, air
compressor and NH3 compressor

Based in Indonesia, Cikarang - Bekasi
Reporting to Production Manager TBB
Responsibility and accountability:
− Maintain production capacity and efficiency of packing lines at Tea Factory in Cikarang (300 employees) through continuous improvement approach and optimum production program.
− Discussed & coordinate production plan with planner and engineering team.
− Organize and analyze several trials for improvement of raw & packaging materials

Based in Indonesia, Cikarang - Bekasi
Reporting to Production Section Head II
Responsibility and accountability:
− Maintain capacity and efficiency of production line (door lock assy area) with more than 200 employees.
− Continuous improvement on production system through optimum standard working system and new products’ project line executions.
