RESPONSIBILITIES/JOB PROFILE:
•Accountable for Vendor management and identifying new prospective vendors. Documentation processes- submitting daily progress report, weekly progress report and quality reports to the client, other correspondence with client and internal team
•Providing customer feedback to design team to develop product quality; Assisting in service function
•Guide & mentor the team in preparation of BOQ’s specifications, Estimations, Planning & Scheduling, Evaluation of Quotations
•Responsible for equipment selection and related specification standards, cooling load and perfect installation standards to minimize projects overrun
•Efficiently preparing the Daily/Weekly progress reports. Submitting the Monthly status to Project Director.
•Attending meetings with Client and proposing solutions for technical issues on site
Involved in team meetings and Schedule the materials and manpower, Prepared project status reports and submitting to project manager.
•Attended weekly meetings with Client and proposing solutions for technical issues on site.
•Efficiently analyzed the site material requirements and getting Material approvals from the Client.
•Requested Quotations for materials from Local suppliers, bargaining on prices. Issuing LPO’s for urgent materials.
•Ensured site safety and Preparing HSE Work permits. Controlled Labors and solving Labor issues.
•Responsible for issuing warning / penalty letters to employee and maintaining records of same.
•Coordinated with other companies of Borouge. Prepared FMAR and obtaining approvals and maintaining records of the same.
•Follow up for Installation approvals, prepare monthly bills, get approval from H.O, submit to client
•Follow up for technical and commercial activities with client / consultant

Responsibilities/Job Profile:
•Identifying the site feasibility as per the Approved Drawings. Any issues in projects to resolve them. Coordinate the efforts of the various department, support teams..
Study all the Drawings & assembly Procedures of Project (Duct layout drawings, piping drawing, AHU drawing, false ceiling cutout drawing, AHU Zoning drawings.. etc)
•Study the P.O’s & W.O’s of projects under me for scopes of work.
•Start Executing project after approval of all drawings from client.
•Making daily plans & targets of works on site & send daily reports to reporting boss.
•Solving the technical Queries and assembly related doubts of down lines.
•Handle manpower effectively.
•Plan and achieve the daily work targets and ensure quality.
•Review the daily plans.
•Overall responsible for the project management, construction, supervision and quality of electro mechanical works
•Ensure that high quality construction is achieved and to ensure that all works are carried out in full compliance with the engineering design, technical specifications and other contract documents within the stipulated time period and within the approved cost of the project.
•Monitor program as per master program and advise client on any slippage or backlog in any activities
•Monitor Quality control and supervising the work during execution.
•Reporting to Project Manager on monthly project status.
•Any other work assigned by the PM relevant to the above scope.
•Defines and implements security and other rules to meet manpower safety at work place. Maintain & follow ASHRAE, ISHRAE standards and procedures.
