Government Relations Supervisor (Cluster role)
Reporting to - Chairman and Director of Human Resources
In-House Handled Projects ( Azizi Group )
- Implementation of Tasheel system
- Implementation of Dubai Immigration system
-Implementation of DHA System
-Cash Float Management of 400K
-Lead role in updating all Government related records of 1500+ into the HRMS and verified its accuracy.
- Implemented ERP systems for Government relations, monitored, measured and re-designed the system based on the expected standards.
- Represent the company in all Govt., Semi Govt., Private Organizations.
- Monitor and process timely Issuance and Renewals such as Trade License, Ejari’s, Establishment cards.
- In Charge of Pension fund follow up and Management through Online Portal.
- Act as a functional head and represent the organization whenever there’s any labour case hearing in Twa-fouq.
- Implemented and monitored all the new Government related initiatives.
- Act as an advisor to all the staff on passport (renewal, expiry), Visa and labour related matters.
- Currently handling Government Relation Department, a team of 5.
Visa Process (Labour & Immigration)
- Monitored prompt updates on all work and Migration standards from the Government offices
- To keep the Chairman, Head of Legal & HR Manager updated on the change in Government procedures.
- In charge of handling all Visa including Business travel Visa’s.
- Monitored the expiry dates of all Management family visa’s and alert when due for expiry.
- Maintain database of all Employees documentation asper labour law and Company Policy (This will be include all
type of visa’s, Labour Card & Contract’s, Medical Application, Emirates ID).
- Handled Residence Visa, Medical, Emirates ID Card and Insurance Card process for more than 1500+ staff.
- Monitored the expiry dates of all Visa’s, Labour Card’s including dependents ‘visa and alert when due for expiry.
- Act as a mediator between Embassies and Management to get Visa’s approved for Business related travel.
- Handled both Labour and Immigration areas and ensured its smooth operations.
- Submit detailed reports related to Visa expenses to the Finance Department each months.
On-Boarding & Off-Boarding
- Communicating company and position details to new hires before their start date.
- Checking and Verifying all Visa related documents before Employee Joining.
- Gathering necessary paperwork and scheduling first days.
- Visa handling process during On-boarding and Off-boarding
- Ensure a smooth off-boarding process, for all leavers.
Liaised with the below UAE governing bodies & ministries:
- Dubai Immigration and Ministry of Labour Office.
- Twa-fouq, Tawjeeh, Tasheel, Amer, Pension Departments.
- Airport, Police, Security Authorities, Post Office, RTA.
- Foreign Affairs Office, Dubai Economic & Land Department.
- Dubai Health Authority, Emirates ID Offices, Chamber of Commerce.
