⦁ Worked with technical team for As-Built Shop Drawings the Qatar Civil Defense.
⦁ Worked on the As-built technical shop drawings, floor plans reflected ceiling plans, elevations, and details for 30 levels for the residential and 30 levels for the commercial.
⦁ Making sure the testing and commissioning for all of the building systems are operational and passing all of the civil defense requirements including the diesel firefighting pump and the jockey pump are approved by the Civil Defense. They are two systems each for the residential and commercial tower.
⦁ Arranged the Bill of Quantities for the Marble and Joinery by taking the measurements and calculating the square meters for every space carefully and producing tables to present to the client.
⦁ Following up all of the work on site systematically civil and MEP to make sure it is complete for the Civil Defense Inspection.
⦁ Supervised testing and Commissioning of Firefighting system, sprinkler testing, fire pumps, FM 200 system, Pressurization fan system, Central Battery System, Deluge Foam system for the firefighting, chilled water pumps, elevators, swimming pool, sauna room and steam room, fan coil units, fire smoke extract test, fire alarms, camera and barrier security system, BMS system, the lighting control system, and the BMU system.
⦁ Checked the shop drawings and the designs for the different types of Doors and Joinery. Checked for the measurements and made sure they met the requirements on site according to the door openings. Made sure the door frame was installed with the fire-resistant foam.
⦁ Preparing the design shop drawings for the joinery which included the Kitchen cabinets and Kitchen Island.
⦁ Following up the block work and plaster work and the paint work for the two towers 30 levels in the residential and 30 levels commercial.
⦁ Followed the Safety codes on site according to QCS 2014 codes.
⦁ Made sure all of the Interior fit out work was done accurately by coordinating with a team of foremen and carpenters and skilled workers on site.
⦁ Preparing a snag list of the items that need to be completed in 162 apartments in 28 levels
⦁ Solving engineering issues and coordinating work of all contractors that included Stalgi, Khazanaa, Medtel, Diplomat, Ooredoo, FIT, Sasco, Almanjaraa, BMC, Thysenkrupp, Naffco, SET, Al-Tamooh, and Challenger to ensure project is done accurately and on schedule.
⦁ Systematically following up the marble work on site making sure it is built according to the accurate dimensions on the shop drawings.
⦁ Coordinated with NAFFCO to install all of the firefighting electrical work including fire alarm flashers, heat detectors, smoke detectors and the pull stations and the Fire alarm mimic panel system on every level in both towers.
⦁ Managed with Hummingbird Landscaping and Irrigation to install their Irrigation pump system for the two towers.
⦁ Coordinated with Naffco to install the FM200 Foam system for the Backup Generator Room for the Residential tower.
⦁ Coordinated with Diplomat to install all of the busbar system in both the residential Tower and the Commercial tower 60 floors total.
⦁ Coordinated with Watertech to install the system for the swimming pool, the sauna room and the steam room.
⦁ Managed with G4S to install the camera system and the servers.
⦁ Coordinated with Carrier to install the chiller transformer systems in both the Commercial and residential Tower for 60 levels.
and resort Palace, Um Garn Private Villas
• Creating designs for the shop drawings that included the elevations and the floor plans that
consist of the setting out layout, furniture and power layout, reflected ceiling and lighting
layout, with the sections and details.
• Managing the project team and coordinated with a group of draftsmen and followed the
requirements of each project making sure it is complete on a timely schedule.

Project: Double Tree Hilton Hotel
• Preparing and developing shop drawings for the hotel with complete setting out plans,
reflected ceiling plans, flooring plans, furniture plans, sections and elevations.
• Coordinated systematically with the project architect in designing and drawing the complete
shop
Drawings for the three levels of the three basements of the Hilton Project.
• Conducted a quantity survey a complete list of the spaces areas in the Hilton Project with
accurate measurements.
Project: Al-Wajba Palace Clubhouse
• Schematic designs and checking the completed gypsum work for the Wajba palace.
• Taking measurements on site and doing the schematic design drawings of the As- Built
drawings from the site with the complete accurate measurements for the complete Palace
project, including all of the
• Following up and checking all of the gypsum design work and making sure that it was built
according to the same dimensions of the as-built drawings.
Al-Wajba Palace Clubhouse
• Worked systematically on drafting shop drawings for Al-Wajba Clubhouse Palace for the
Royal Family of Qatar including setting out plans, reflected ceiling plans, flooring plans,
furniture plans, sections and elevations with details.
• Designed spaces for the Private Clubhouse of the Royal Family in Qatar. Worked on the shop
drawings and on the implementation of the work ensuring the delivery of tender drawings
of As-built drawings and coordinating between the Site and shop drawings for the work that
was being executed on the site.
• Created a daily report of all the progress that was involved in the Palace project wish
included detailed reports of materials on site, and the ongoing construction work with
pictures regarding the daily that was being done on the site with the implemented work that
was being done for the interiors and the exteriors as a record for the daily activities of the
progress of the project.
• Made sure to keep a record of the technical and as-built drawings of the Palace to
coordinate and fix all the technical issues on site.

• Worked on Interior Design shop drawings including layout Floor plans, Elevations, ceiling

commercial projects.
