Lead a team of Stationary and Rotating Equipment to provide the required technical support for three plants.
•Conducting internal assessment in all stationary equipment inspection programs as per the international codes requirements.
•List all observations and area of improvements with actions plan to verify that all inspection programs are in place as required.
•Review all inspection procedures to confirm that meeting the updated international codes and standards requirements.
•Conducting survey on all plants PSV (Pressure Safety Valve) system.
•Plan and follow-up the TML (thickness measurement Locations) program.
•Set the program for stationary equipment PM as per API guidelines with proposal to use RBI methodology in near future.
•Develop training and development inspection programs for stationary equipment inspectors and engineers.
•Provide the required technical and inspection supports to all plants inspectors and engineers.
Manage the inspection programs and activities in Specialty Products area plants and provide the required technical support for Operation and Maintenance.
Lead three (3) Plants inspection staff to provide the required technical support and implement all inspection programs such as (RBI, TML, External and internal inspection, etc)
Follow-up day to day activities with each plant team and approve the inspection report recommendations as needed.
Lead the inspection team in Polycarbonate Plant which consists of engineers, inspectors and contractors to cover CSU (Commissioning & Start-Up) activities such as:
•Tank inspection and punch listing for final box-up.
•Different systems punch listing including static equipment, piping, supports, coating, etc.
•Provides technical support to Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering in resolving issues concerning inspection methods and procedures for completing work within the scope and intent of applicable codes and standards.
Assigned as Power User of RBI Analysis of Polycarbonate & Amine Plants after one month course of RBI Methodology Facilitation by Meridium Company Representative..
External inspection of drums, tanks, columns, piping, etc.
Internal Inspection of drums, tanks, columns, piping, etc.
Inspect and repair tube leaks of utility plant steam boilers.
Inspecting Welds and Welding.
Performing Inspections of Pressure Tests.
Corrosion inspection.
Performing Paints and Coating Inspections.
Annual surveys of foundations, fireproofing, safety eyewash, safety relief valves, spectacle blinds, etc.
Issue inspection worksheet for any upnormal inspection findings with recommendations.
Performing Comprehensive Inspections.
Review Berri Gas Plant new projects packages.
Maintaining Records and Communications.
Performing Other Inspection Tasks.
Review new modification engineering packages:
* Material. * Welding. * NDT. * Pressure Test. * Coating.
