Project : Construction of Gathering System & Modifications to Existing Facilities in Amenas, ALGERIA
ACHIEVEMENTS :
- Coordination and technical support for the project to extend the booster pumps (slug catcher) and install a new compressor, ensuring effective site monitoring.
- Development of technical solutions in response to specific client requirements, within the scope of modification and repair of instrumentation and electrical anomalies.
- Installation and commissioning of fire and gas detection systems, ensuring optimal safety of the installations.
- Supervision of the extension of the control room (switchgear) and integration of new variable speed drives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Project management of the gas gathering system and monitoring of well, pipeline, and manifold installations, with particular attention to surface installation, wellhead, fibre optics, and cathodic protection.
- Project management of security enhancement phase two at the Tigentourine gas site, including installation of surveillance cameras, intrusion detection systems, fiber optics, and servers.
- Installation of a remote monitoring control center with a dedicated technical room, enhancing surveillance and responsiveness in case of incidents.
- Design and commissioning of a VESDA (Very Early Smoke Detector Aspiration) fire detection system, for early detection and rapid response in emergencies.
- supervision of HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) system installations, ensuring optimal working conditions in the facilities.
- Evaluation of electrical loads, installation, and commissioning of UPS (uninterruptible power supply) systems at various sites, ensuring continuity of electrical power in case of network failure.

ACHIEVEMENTS:
• Management of the complete instrumentation installation for four General Electric gas turbines.
• Implementation of piping systems to transport process fluids to various measurement points, considering space, safety, and performance constraints.
• Verification and calibration of instruments to ensure their accuracy and reliability, and coordination of commissioning tests to validate the proper operation of the gas turbines.
• Execution of electrical and instrumentation installations for a demineralization block and wastewater treatment system.
• Installation and wiring of electrical equipment, including distribution panels, transformers, circuit breakers, and protection systems.
• Integration and configuration of measurement, control, and monitoring instruments, such as pressure, temperature, flow, and level sensors.
• Commissioning and calibration of instruments, as well as control and automation systems to ensure optimal operation of the demineralization block and wastewater treatment system.
• Supervision and coordination of the installation and commissioning of two auxiliary industrial boilers for the steam power plant, in collaboration with construction teams and suppliers.
obtaining a state engineer diploma in Electrical engineering from the national Polytechnic school of Oran, including 2 years of preparatory studies in the preparatory science and technology school of Oran, 01 year of common study electronic/ automatic/ electrical , and 2 years in electrical engineering speciality.
