• Support all QF departments and centers by providing them with potential candidate’s CVs for positions that range in the field of Research, Medicine, Equine, Music, Facilities Management, PR & Communications, Social Services along with the other standard requirements (IT, Finance, Admin, etc.) within stipulated deadlines (within 9 working days).

• Liaise / Meet with departments and understand their specialized requirements in order to target specific job markets.

• Mode of CV search includes (but not limited) head-hunting, sourcing through website partners, emails and internal database.

• Instigate and utilize the use of Social Media websites to promote Qatar Foundation Recruitment.

• Preparing advertisement drafts in consensus with the departments and further liaising with media publication agents in the middle-east in order to post the adverts across the globe.

• Organize and Conduct New Employee Orientation (NEO) Program for new joiners

• Liaising with the recruitment web board representatives for contract negotiations pertaining to subscription fees and other procedural conditions.

• Prepare and present recruitment update reports to the senior management, identify / come up with issues regarding positions that need special attention

• Indentify and participate in local and international job fairs (I have participated in the AMCHAM Career Fair in Cairo, Egypt), get quality resumes and forward them for suitable requirements within the foundation.

• Arrange Recruitment Trips for delegates by arranging air tickets / hotel bookings and lining-up candidates in time slots as per schedule provided to delegates

• Discuss recruitment policies with superiors to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programs.

• Maintain a manual database of highly qualified candidates for present and future manpower requirements.

• Coordinate with the overseas agents in Egypt, India, Philippines and Thailand for interview trips, mobilization status and Video Conferencing Interviews.

• Prescreen candidates and make subsequent recommendations to hiring managers.

• Schedule and prepare locally available candidates for onsite interviews and conduct subsequent follow-ups.

• Provide recommendations to hiring managers on offers and compensation packages.

• Invite the selected candidates in order to conduct competency-based interview sessions or conduct telephonic interviews incase the candidate are located overseas.

• Negotiate salaries, benefits and start dates of the selected candidate before proceeding for the management approval on the hire.

• Prepare report of the concerned interview and submit report to the Corporate Director for final approval.

• To prepare Job Offers, Employment Contracts as per Benefit criteria and to follow up the recruitment procedures of the selected candidates.
