Main Responsibilities
• Sending general information to clients and other interest parties as directed by other caseworkers or solicitors

• Preparing appeals using Electronic Immigration Network (EIN) and completing applications for submission to Home Office

On the course law will be studied in a historical, social and comparative context, and develop advanced skills in legal writing, reasoning and analysis, oral presentation and the capacity for critical reflection on and about law. The LLB is accredited by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, and students awarded the degree will be entitled to receive a Certificate of Completion of the Academic Stage of Legal Education for solicitors.
