*Quantify financial impacts, variation volumes, and structural costs stemming from independent execution delays and wastewater infrastructure site disruptions.
*Prepare detailed commercial project claims and substantiation documents regarding Cost of Delay and Project Time Extensions for executive management review.
*Evaluate financial penalties, project back-charges, and cost corrections for subcontractors by issuing formal
contractual Site Instructions.
*Assess financial liabilities tied to outstanding Site Observation Reports (SOR) and Non-Conformance Reports (NCR)
to ensure alignment with quality budgets.
*Lead weekly commercial and construction coordination meetings with HSE, QA/QC, and Operations to monitor cost implications of schedule adjustments.

*Managed full-cycle quantity surveying, material takeoffs, and heavy civil cost estimation for major road networks and water distribution systems.
*Developed itemized Bill of Quantities (BOQ), Variation Orders, and Itemized Cost of Revision (ICOR) matrices to secure progressive client billings.
*Conducted on-site physical measurements and progress audits to validate completed volumes of earthwork,
structural pouring, and backfilling against estimates.
