• Achieved my yearly 2011-12 target within the time frame (9 month) set by the vertical head (147%)
• Activated 11 new brokers and 2 corporate agents apart from the existing set up for the zone and able to get consistent business through them.

1. Understating the risk from different prospective i.e loss history, Nature of Business and exposure related to that, client portfolio analysis etc
2. Asking the right and critical question to Channel / Intermediary pertaining to the insured trade to understand the risk profile for correct rating and putting the correct deductible, Condition and warranty etc.
3. Approving the risk which comes under my authority and recommending the cases to HO which are beyond my authority to get it approved.
