Roles and Responsibilities ➢ Executed SAP Concur end to end implementation for a country roll out & AMS.
➢ Provided support and fixed defects on time raised by client during hypercare to ensure
seamless implementation delivery.
➢ Led design, development and scheduling of reports using Cognos query studio and report
studio tools in Concur application.
➢ Experience in working with ticketing tool ICD by IBM.

Roles and Responsibilities ➢ Support system management and administrative functions like creating and
managing user accounts, assigning roles, delegation, and other features for SAP
Concur and Kronos.
➢ Monitor data interactions between the Travel and Expenses Systems and SAP
Concur and ensure discrepancies are flagged and communicated to the users
timely.
➢ Extensive knowledge of purchase to pay accounting principles, activities and
processes and Concur’s Travel and Expense Management tool.
➢ Worked on Cognos tools provided by SAP Concur to build a report from scratch
as per client requirement.
➢ Implement manual expense processing activities within the defined procedures
and policies, with some initiative for decision making.
➢ Provide knowledge training sessions for expense reporting procedures to client
site finance team.
➢ Provide timely management reporting on performance against key metrics and
accounting information to the accounting departments as needed.
➢ Worked on Kronos Upgrade from WFC version 6.3.11 to version 6.3.18.

data access profiles, pay code distribution, work rules, pay rules, hyperfind
queries, holidays, labor levels and attendance
➢ Collaborate with the Finance team to implement and enforce all Controls
identified in the Finance Control Framework
➢ Create and Modify SSIS packages to perform data transfer tasks and schedule it
through SQL Jobs.
➢ Internally audited Workforce management and payroll systems on regular basis
for errors. Involved in monitoring, scheduling of Interfaces and handling L2/L3
support of Kronos application. Support issues / queries from customers via email
or through ticketing tool.
